A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS ESTABLISHING THE 2001-02 FISCAL YEAR
APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS.
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills has heretofore established its Base Year
Appropriations Limit as $256,941; and
WHEREAS, to the best of this City's knowledge and belief, the State Department
of Finance figures reflect the following statistics relevant to the calculation of the 2001-02 Fiscal
Year Appropriations Limit:
California per capita personal income, plus 7.82% (plus seven point eight two
percent).
Population Adjustments for County of Los Angeles for FY 2001-2002, plus 1.66%
(plus one point six six percent).
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Based on the foregoing figures and the provision of Article XIII B of
the Constitution of the State of California, the following figure accurately represents the 2001-
02 Fiscal Year Appropriation Limit of the City of Rolling Hills: $890,687.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of Resolution No. 902.
