0917RESOLUTION NO. 917 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS ADOPTING THE FY 2002-03 CITY ,OF ROLLING HILLS BUDGET INCLUDING THE ANNUAL REPORT ON: GENERAL FUND, COMMUNITY FACILITIES FUND, MUNICIPAL SELF INSURANCE FUND, REFUSE COLLECTION FUND, SOLID WASTE CHARGES, COPS FUND, TRAFFIC SAFETY FUND, TRANSIT FUND -PROP. A, AND TRANSIT FUND -PROP. C, FOR FISCAL YEAR 2002-03. WHEREAS, members of the Rolling Hills City Council opened a public hearing on Monday, June 10, 2002 to consider the recommended Fiscal Year 2002-03 City of Rolling Hills Draft Budget; and WHEREAS, this public hearing was continued to the regular City Council meeting held Monday, June 24, 2002; and WHEREAS, following these two public hearings on the Fiscal Year 2002-03 City of Rolling Hills Draft Budget, members of the Rolling Hills City Council desire to adopt said document. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY MEMBERS OF THE ROLLING HILLS CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Members of the City Council hereby adopt the Fiscal Year 2002-03 City of Rolling Hills Budget. Section 2. The Mayor is hereby directed to sign this Resolution, and the City Clerk, or duly authorize Deputy, is directed to attest thereto.
