A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS AMENDING SECTION 7, PARAGRAPH A,
OF RESOLUTION NO. 753, WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE
WILDLIFE PRESERVATION COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP,
DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES.
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills does herewith resolve as follows:
Section 1. Section 7, Paragraph A, is amended to read as follows:
a) The Wildlife Preservation Committee shall conduct regular meetings at a
frequency and time to be established by the Committee. Special meetings may be called by
the Chair as deemed necessary in the manner prescribed by law.
Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to certify the passage and ado tion of
this Resolution
