RESOLUTION NO. 972
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS ADOPTING THE GENERAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS AND
THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES.
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills desires to contract for specific services from
the County of Los Angeles; and
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills adopted a General Services Agreement on
May 22, 2000 to receive said services; and
WHEREAS, this Agreement will expire on June 30,2005; and
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills desires to continue to receive specific
services from the County of Los Angeles.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by members of the Rolling Hills City Council
as follows:
Section 1. The City Council hereby adopts the General Services Agreement
with the County of Los Angeles effective July 1, 2005 for a period of five (5) years expiring on
June 30, 2010.
Section 2. The Mayor is hereby directed to sign this Resolution signifying its
adoption, and the City Clerk, or duly authorized Deputy, is directed to attest thereto.
Section 3. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby directed to affix their
signatures to the attached Agreement (Exhibit "A") entitled, "General Services Agreement".
Section 4. The City Clerk shall forward a certified copy of this Resolution and
3 copies of the signed Agreement to COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES CITY -COUNTY
ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICE. A
