A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS AMENDING SECTION 2 OF RESOLUTION
NO. 753, WHICH PROVIDES FOR THE WILDLIFE
PRESERVATION COMMITTEE MEMBERSHIP.
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills does herewith resolve as follows:
Section 1. Section 2 of Resolution No. 753, is amended to read as follows:
Membership. The Wildlife Preservation Committee shall be composed of
nine (9) regular voting members and two (2) alternate members appointed by majority vote
of the City Council. An alternate member is authorized to vote on matters considered by the
Committee only when fewer than nine (9) regular voting members are present at a regular
meeting or when fewer than eight (8) regular voting members are present at a regular
meeting at which both alternate members are present.
The City Council may, in its discretion, from time to time, appoint ex -officio non-
voting members of the Committee.
