RESOLUTION NO. 998
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO RESOLUTION NO. 947 AND
APPROVING AN EXTENSION TO A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED
TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP NO. 22333, SUBDIVISION NO. 85, A REQUEST
TO SUBDIVIDE ONE EXISTING LOT TOTALING 5.15 ACRES INTO 2
SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL LOTS LOCATED AT 5 PINE TREE LANE
IN ZONING CASE NO. 665.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES HEREBY FIND,
RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A request has been filed by Dr. and Mrs. Reinhold Ullrich with respect to
real property at 5 Pine Tree Lane, (Lot 94-RH), Rolling Hills, requesting a five year time
extension to a previously approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 22333, Subdivision No. 85 a
request to subdivide one existing lot totaling 5.15 acres into two (2) single-family lots. The
subject property is currently developed with one single-family residence located at 5 Pine Tree
Lane.
Section 2. The City Council on January 12, 2004 by Resolution No. 947 granted an
approval of Tentative Parcel Map No. 22333, which expires on January 12, 2006.
Section 3. The Council considered this item at a meeting on November 28, 2005 at
which time information was presented indicating that the extension of time is necessary due to
the Final Map preparation process.
Section 4. Based upon information and evidence submitted, the City Council does
hereby amend Paragraph 1, Section 12 of Resolution No. 947, dated January 12, 2004, to read as
follows:
"The Tentative Map shall expire seven (7) years from the date of City Council approval.
The Tentative Map was approved on and shall expire on the following dates:
APPROVAL DATE: Tanuary 12, 2004
EXPIRATION DATE: Tanuary 12, 2011
This approval shall become null and void if a Final Map has not been timely filed prior to the
expiration date in accordance with provisions of the Subdivision Map Act."
Section 5. Except as herein amended, the provisions of Resolution No. 947 shall
continue to be in full force and effect.
