1031 RESOLUTION NO. 1031
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
DESIGNATING THE PERSONS CHARGED WTTH PERFORMING THE DUTIES
OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL, CTTY ENGINEER AND TRAFFIC ENGINEER
PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THE ROLLING HILLS MUNICIPAL
CODE
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills does hereby resolve and order as follows:
Section 1. The City Manager shall designate the appropriate employee(s) of the County of Los
Angeles or qualified private consultant(s) under contract with the City to administer the
Building Codes or perform any of the duties set forth in the Municipal Code reserved for the
City Engineer, Building Official or Traffic Engineer, including, but not limited to, Chief
Plumbing Inspector and Chief Electrical Inspector.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 14�' day of January, 2008.
