1033 RESOLUTION NO. 1033
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
ACCEPTING THE QUITCLAIM FROM THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES OF
ITS INTEREST IN PROPERTY LOCATED ON AND ALONG CREST ROAD IN
THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills does hereby find, order and resolve as follows:
A. RECITALS:
(i.) WHEREAS, the County of Los Angeles has agreed to quitclaim its interest to the
City of Rolling Hills in the real property (the "property") described as APN 7574020-900 in
the City of Rolling Hills, and as further described in Exhibit A to this resolution;
(ii.)WHEREAS, acceptance of the County's quitclaim of the property is in the best
interests of the City and its residents; and
(iii.) WHEREAS, all legal prerequisites to the acceptance of this quitclaim and the
adoption of this resolution have occurred.
B. RESOLUTION:
NOW, THEREFORE,THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF ROLLING HILLS
DOES HEREBY RESOLVE:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills does hereby find that all of
the facts set forth in the recitals of this resolution are true and correct.
Section 2. The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills does hereby approve and
accept the quitclaim deed to the property attached hereto as Exhibit B
from the County of Los Angeles. ,
The Mayor is authorized on behalf of the City to execute the quitclaim deed and any
and all documents necessary to consummate the acceptance of the County's interest in the
property.
The City Clerk shall certify to the adoption of this Resolution and cause the quitclaim
deed to be recorded in the Office of the County Recorder.
