1039 RESOLUTION NO. 1039
A RESOLUTION OF THE CTI'Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS ESTABLISHING THE 2008-09 FISCAL YEAR
APPROPRIATION LIMIT FOR THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS.
WHEREAS, the City of Rolling Hills has heretofore established its Base Year
Appropriations Limit as $256,941; and
WHEREAS, to the best of this City's knowledge and belief, the State Department
of Finance figures reflect the following statistics relevant to the calculation of the 2008-09 Fiscal
Year Appropriations Limit:
California per capita personal income, plus 4.29% (plus four point two nine
percent).
Population Adjustments for County of Los Angeles for FY 2008-2009, plus 0.86%
(plus zero point eight six percent).
NOW,THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Based on the foregoing figures and the provision of Article XIII B of
the Constitution of the State of California, the following figure accurately represents the 2008-
09 Fiscal Year Appropriation Limit of the City of Rolling Hills: $1,203,306.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of Resolution No. 1039.
