`The City Council of the City of Rollin�;Hills does hereby find, crder and resolve
as follows:
Section 1. The governing body of the City of Rolling Hills has the authority
to implernent Govea-nment Code Section 2U691.
5ection 2. The governing body of the City of Rolling Hills h�s a written labor
policy or agreement which specifically provides for �he normal member contributions to
be paid by the employer.
S=ction 3. One af the steps in the procedures to implem.ent Section 20691 is
the a.doption by the governing body of the City of Rolling I-�il1s of a resolution to
commence said�Employer Paid Member Contributions (EPMC).
Section 4. The governing body of the City of Rolling Hills has identified the
following conditions for the purpose of its election to pay EPMC:
A. This benefit shall apply to all miscellaneous employees of the City of
Rolling Hills.
B. � This benefit shall consist of paying 7% of the normal member
contributions as EPMC.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED THIS 12TH DAY OF JANUARY 2009.
