A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COLINCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND FINANCE DIRECTOR TO ENGAGE
IN TRANSACTIONS CONCERNIN� CITY FiJNDS INVESTED IN THE LOCAL
AGENCY INVESTMENT FUND
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. The City invests a portion of its funds in the Local Agency Investment Fund
("LAIF") managed by the State of California.
Section 2. LAIF requires tfiat the persons transacting on behalf of the City be authorized to do so
�- by resolution of the City Council.
Section 3. The City Council does hereby authorize the City Manager and the Finance Director to
perform any transactions on behalf of the City in connection with the City's LAIF account
(including, but not limited to, change of payment information; tra�sfers; and change of bank or
account number information).
