A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING BAIL/FINE
SCHEDULE FOR TITLE 10 VIOLATIONS.
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills hereby finds, resolves and
determines as follows:
Section 1. The Bail/Fine Schedule for violations of Title 10 of the Rolling Hills
Municipal Code adopted by the City Council on August 12, 1996, by Resolution No. 791
entitled "RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
ADOPTING BAIL/FINE SCHEDULE FOR TITLE 10 VIOLATIONS" and Resolution No. 799
adopted by the City Council on October 28, 1997 entitled "RESOLUTION OF
THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING
BAIL/FINE
SCHEDULE FOR TITLE 10 VIOLATIONS" shall be further amended to add entries for Rolling
Hills Municipal Code Sections 10.64.210 and 10.64.220 as follows:

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING THE BAIL/FINE
SCHEDULE FOR TITLE 10 VIOLATIONS.
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills hereby finds, resolves and determines as
follows:
Section 2. This Resolution deletes references in Section 1 of Resolution No. 1072 to two
obsolete City Council resolutions (Nos. 791 and 799) and adds a reference to the correct resolution (No.
824) in their place. This Resolution supersedes Resolution No. 1072, which is hereby rescinded and of
no force and effect.
