A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1071
PERTAINING TO THE SUPPLEMENTAL LAW
ENFORCEMENT SERVICES FUND
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills does hereby find, order and resolve
as follows:
Section 1. The title of Resolution No. 1071, adopted on September 14, 2009, is
amended to read as follows:
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING
HILLS, CALIFORNIA, ESTABLISHING A SPECIAL RESERVE FUND FOR
THE CITIZENS OPTION FOR PUBLIC SAFETY (COPS) PROGRAM AND
MAKING APPROPRIATIONS THEREFROM.
Section 2. Section I of Resolution No. 1071 is amended to read as follows:
That there is hereby established a special reserve fund to be known as the
Supplemental Law Enforcement Services Fund (SLESF) for the receipt and
disbursement of funds associated with the Citizens Option for Public Safety
(COPS) program.
Section 3. Except as modified above, Resolution No. 1071 remains in full force
and effect. t
