Municipal Code adopted by the City Council on August 12, 1996, by Resolution No. 791 entitled
"RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS ADOPTING
BAIL/FINE SCHEDULE FOR TITLE 10 VIOLATIONS"; Resolution No. 799 adopted by the City
Council on October 28, 1997 entitled "RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA, AMENDING

VIOLATIONS"; and Resolution No. 1072 adopted by

The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills hereby finds, resolves and determines as
follows:

Municipal Code adopted by the City Council on July 28, 1997, by Resolution No. 824 entitled
"RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS RESCINDING
RESOLUTIONS NOS. 791 AND 799 AND ADOPTING BAIL/FINE SCHEDULES FOR TITLE 10
VIOLATIONS" and Resolution No. 1072 adopted by the City Council on September 14, 2009 entitled
"RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA,
AMENDING BAIL/FINE SCHEDULE FOR TITLE 10 VIOLATIONS"; shall be further amended as
follows:

Section 2. This Resolution deletes references in Section 1 of Resolution No. 1101 to two
obsolete City. Council resolutions (Nos. 791 and 799) and adds a reference to the correct resolution (No.
824) in their place. This Resolution supersedes Resolution No. 1101, which is hereby rescinded and of
no force and effect.
