This Resolution deletes references in Section 1 of Resolution No. 1101 to two obsolete City. Council resolutions (Nos. 791 and 799) and adds a reference to the correct resolution (No. 824) in their place. This Resolution supersedes Resolution No. 1101, which is hereby rescinded and of no force and effect. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 9`h day of May, 2011. B.
