RESOLUTION NO. 1105
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS DISSOLVING THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
DISASTER PREPAREDNESS COMMITTEE AND REPEALING
RESOLUTION NO. 1032.
The City Council of the City of Rolling Hills does resolve as follows:
Section 1. The City of Rolling Hills Disaster Preparedness Committee is hereby
dissolved as an advisory body to the City of Rolling Hills City Council.
Section 2. This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon adoption.
. Section 3. The Mayor, or presiding officer, shall affix his or her signature to this
Resolution signifying its adoption by the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills,. and the City Clerk or
his duly appointed deputy, shall attest thereto.
Section 4. Resolution No. 1032 is hereby repealed.
PASSED, APPROVED and ADOPTED this 23rd day of May, 2011.
