A regular adjourned.meeting of the City Council of the City of
Rolling -Hills was called to order by Mayor Tourtelot at 7:30 P.M. at the
City Office on Tuesday, April 19, 1966.
ROLL CALL I
Present: Councilmen -Fay, Goodman, Klein and Mayor Tourtelot
Absent: Councilman Van Note

CANVASS OF ELECTION RETURNS
The City Clerk presented to the Council a copy of the Result
of the Votes Cast at the General Municipal Election held in the City of
Rolling Hills on the 12th day of April, 1966 in Precinct 1, which were
certified by the Canvass Board. The Mayor then announced that the
following persons were elected as Councilmen for a four year term:
Frederick W. Hesse, Jr.
John.Richard Klein
Robert R. Nadal
RESOLUTION,NO. 206
Thereafter, on motion by Councilman Goodman and seconded by
Councilman Fay, Resolution No. 206 entitled . "A . RESOLUTION OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, IN THE COUNTY OF LOS ANGELES,'—."
-STATE-OF CALIFORNIA, DECLARING THE RESULT OF THE GENERAL MUNICIPAL
ELECTION HELD ON TUESDAY, THE 12TH DAY OF APRIL, 1966, IN SAID CITY" was
adopted by the following vote:
AYES: Councilmen -,Fay, Goodman, Klein and Mayor Tourtelot
NOES: ',..None
ABSENT: ;Councilman Van Note
Resolution No. 206 is set forth in full in the Book of Resolutions.-
ADMINISTRATION.OF OATH OF OFFICE
The City Clerk administered the oath of office to Councilman -
elect John Richard Klein, as prescribed by.the Constitution of the State
of California, delivered to him -his certificate of election, and he,
thereafter, took his place at the Council table.
There being no further business to come before the meeting -it
was moved by Councilman Fay, seconded by Councilman Klein.and unanimous
.:,garried that the meeting be adjourned at ?:45 P.M.
