1160RESOLUTION NO. 1160 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS ADOPTING THE FY 2014-15 CITY OF ROLLING HILLS BUDGET INCLUDING THE ANNUAL REPORT ON: GENERAL FUND; COMMUNITY FACILITIES FUND; MUNICIPAL SELF INSURANCE FUND; OPEB FUND, REFUSE COLLECTION FUND; SOLID WASTE CHARGES; TRAFFIC SAFETY FUND; TRANSIT FUND -MEASURE R; TRANSIT FUND -PROPOSITION A; TRANSIT FUND -PROPOSITION C; COPS AND CLEEP FUND; UTILITY FUND; AND CAPITAL PROJECT FUND FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014-15. WHEREAS, members of the Rolling Hills City Council opened a public hearing on Monday, June 10, 2013 to consider the recommended Fiscal Year 2014-15 City of Rolling Hills Proposed Budget; and WHEREAS, following the public hearing on the Fiscal Year 2014-15 City of Rolling Hills Proposed Budget, members of the Rolling Hills City Council desire to adopt said document. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY MEMBERS OF THE ROLLING HILLS CITY COUNCIL AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Members of the City Council hereby adopt the Fiscal Year 2014-15 City of Rolling Hills Budget. Section 2. Appropriations in the amount not to exceed $1,714,255 (Budget and Budget Contingency) are authorized in the Fiscal Year 2014-15 General Fund Budget for the purpose of carrying on the business of the City for General Government, Public Safety, Public Service, and other items. Section 3. Appropriations in the amount not to exceed $1,241,796 are authorized in the various funds: Community Facilities Fund, Municipal Self Insurance Fund, Refuse Collection Fund, Traffic Safety Fund, CLEEP Fund and Utility Fund, for the purpose of carrying on the business of the City. Section 4. The City Manager may transfer appropriations between and among all departments, as defined in the Fiscal Year 2014-15 budget in order to ensure revenue and expenditures correspond to the intent of the City Council. The legal level of appropriated budgetary control, that is the level at which expenditures may not exceed appropriations, is at the fund level for any one fund. Supplemental appropriations during the year must be approved by the City Council. All unexpended budgetary appropriations lapse at the end of the fiscal year. Section 5. The Mayor is hereby directed to sign this Resolution, and the City Clerk, or duly authorized Deputy, is directed to attest thereto. PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 9`h day of June, 2014. B.
