CALL MEETING TO ORDER
A meeting of the Committee on Trees and Views was called to order at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 21,
20l 5 in the City Council Chamber, at City Ha11, 2 Portugues�Berid Road, Rolling Hills, California.

Chairperson Smith introduced the item and stated tt;at the meeting will be continued to a date specific
and there will be no discussion on this item this evening. Planning Director Schwartz explained that at
its last meeting the Committee asked for a repart from th�rd party arborist concerning the maturity af the
trees but the report is not yet ready for the Committee's consideration. Following brief discussion
concerning potential dates, the public hearing was continued ta Tuesday, September 22, 2015 beginning
at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall, 2 Portuguese Bend Road,Rolling Hills, Cali�ornia.
ADJOURNMENT
Hearing no further business before the Committee, Chairperson Smith ad�ourned the meeting at 5:38
p.m. to an adjaurned meeting of the Rolling Hills Planning Co�nmission Committee on Trees and Views
scheduled to be held on Tuesday, September 22, 2015 beginning at 4:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at
City Hall,2 Poriuguese Bend Raad,Rolling Hi�ls, Califomia.
