A RESOLUTION OF TI� PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS GRANTING A TIME EXTE�'S�ON TO
COMPLETE C4NSTRUCTION OF A GARAGE AT 6
SADDLESACK ROAD, L�T 1$-RH, (REITER).
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CTTY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES
HEREBY FIND, RES�LVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. An application was duly filed by Mr. Terry Reiter with respect to
real property located af 6 Saddleback Road requesting a 12-months time extension to
comp�y with the requiremenis of Resolution No. 2015-08 to cornplete the cons�ruction
of a partially constructed garage addition.
Sec�ion 2. The Commission considered this item at a meeting on April 19,
201b at which �ime infarmation was presented indicating that addi�ional time is
needed to process the plans and obtain building perrnits.
Section 3. Sased upon information and evidence submitted, the Planning
Commission grants the request for time extension and does hereby amend Paragraph
A, Section 7 of Resolution No. 201�-08 to read as£ollows:
A. The construction of fhe previously approved garage plus the "partially as
built portion" of the garage additian, for a tatal of 2,300 square foot garage shall
be compieted and final inspection granted within two years fram fhe effective
date of City Council's deci.sion, but no later than July 22, 2Q17. No further
extensions shall be granted.
Section 4. Ex�ep# as he�rein an-�endedo fihe provisions and conditions of
Resalution No. 2Q15-OS shall continue to be in�ull force and effect.
