4/22/1957MINUTES OF THE REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA The regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Rolling Hills was held at 7:30 p.m. Monday, 22 April 1957, in the City Hall of the City of Rolling Hills. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 by Mayor Goodman. ROLL CALL Present: Councilman Allan F. Bullard and Mayor Owen F. Goodman Absent: Councilmen James L. Elliott, Fred I, Tourtelot, and L. M. Weitzel Also Present: City Clerk Gilbert Myers, Mrs. Stockdale, Messrs. Albert King, John King, C. W. Blenkhorn, B. R. Bryant, George Fenn, John Gerosky, r.,�. Sam Good, Dr. William Riddell, Dr. and Mrs. J. W. 1 Greenhut, and Dr. John A. Keys Q MINUTES Because of lack of a quorum, the minutes of the meeting held 8 April 1957 were not acted upon. PUBLIC HEARING - FIRE PREVENTION CODE The Mayor asked if any person present desired to be heard with respect to the adoption by reference of the Los Angeles County Fire Prevention Code. No person appeared to be heard on that matter. PUBLIC HEARING- ELECTRICAL CODE The Mayor asked if any person present desired to be heard with respect to the adoption by reference of the Los Angeles County Electrical Code. No person appeared to be heard on that matter. PUBLIC HEARING - BUILDING CODE The Mayor asked if any person present desired to be heard with respect to the adoption by reference of the Los Angeles County Building Code. No person appeared to be heard on that matter. PUBLIC HEARING - PLUMBING CODE The Mayor asked if any person present desired to be heard with respect to the adoption by reference of the Los Angeles County Plumbing Code. No person appeared to be heard on that matter. PUBLIC HEARING - STABLE ORDINANCE Several persons spoke with respect to their opinions on the adoption of a stable ordinance. It was the general consensus of those appearing that such an ordinance should not be adopted at this time.
