DECEMBER 21, 1967
A special meeting of the City Council of the City of
Rolling Hills was called to order by Mayor Fay at 7:45 A..M. on
December 21, 1967 in the Administration Building, 2 Portuguese
Bend Road, Rolling Hills, California.
ROLL CALL
Present: Councilmen Hesse, Klein, Nadal, Tourtelot
Mayor Fay
Absent: None
Also Present: Teena Cliftonk,, City'Manager

REPAYMENT OF OBLIGATION TO GATEWAY NATIONAL BANK
The City Manager advised the Council that there were
sufficient funds in the General Fund to repay to Gateway National
BanR a promissory note dated July 26, 1967 in the amount of
$30,000,00 + 459.38 interest.
Councilman Nadal moved that Demand No. 603 in the amount
of $30,459.38 be approved for payment from the General Fund.
Motion was seconded by Councilman Nadal and carried by the follow-
ingr-oll call vote:
AYES: Councilmen Hesse, Klein, Nadal, Tourtelot

ABSENT: None
ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the
Council, the meeting was adjourned at 7;50 A.M. on the motion
of Councilman Hesse, seconded by Councilman Klein and unanimously
carried.
