A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING CONIlVIISSION OF THE CTTY OF
ROLLING HILLS GRANTING A'TIME EXTENSION TO A PREV�OSULY
APPRQVED PROJECT FOR STTE PLAN REVIEW IN ZOIVING CASE NO.
&�3-M�DIFICATION, AT 38 PORTUGUESE BEND ROAD, LOT 118-RH,
{WHEELER).
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY 4F AOLLING HILLS DOES HEREBY
FIND, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 7�. An application was duly filed by Mr. and Mrs. Wheeler with respect to
real property located at 38 Portuguese Bend Road requesting two year time extensian to
comply with the reqwiremen#s of Resolution No. 2014-13 to commence constructian af the
approved project, consisting of 860 square faot solid roof patio, retainiilg walls, spa, autdoor
kitchen and grading. Resolution No. 2014-13 was a madification to the eonstructio� of the
retaining walls for this project, approved by Resolution No. 2014-a4, dated Feb�uaxy 17,
2Q�4.
Sectian 2. The Commission considered this item at a meeting on June 21, 2016 at
which time information was paresented by the applicants indicating tha# additional tixne is
needed to process and implement the project.
Section 3. Based upon information and evidence submitted, the P1ani.lir►g
Commission grants two year time extension and does hexeby am.end Paragraph B of Section
6 of Resolut�on No. 2014-13, dated June�7, 2Q14 to read as follows:
B. The approval granted under Zoning Case No. 843, as amended herein, shall
expire within four years from the eff�ctive date of approval of 'this modification if
cox�struction p�rsuant to #his approval has not commenced within that time period as
required by Section 27.46A$OA of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code. No further
extension shall b� granted.
Section 4. Except as herein amended, fhe provisions and conditian� ot Resolu�ion
No. 2014-Q4 and Resolution No. 2Q14-13 shall cflntin�xe to be in full force and effect.
