2016-24 RESOLUTION NO. 2016-24 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS GRANT'YNG A TIME EXTENSION T4 COMMENCE C�NSTRUCTION OF A PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PROJECT WHICH ENTAILS A SITE PLAN REVIEW FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF A NEW SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE IN Z4NING CASE NO. 858, AT 8 CREST ROAD EAST, (LOT 192-A- 2-MS), ROLLING HILLS, CA, (TL�. THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HiLLS DOES HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. An application was duly filed by Daniel W. Rentsch of Belzberg Architects on behalf of Mr. and Mrs. John Tu with respect to real property located at $ Crest Road East requesting a 6-months time extension to comply with the requiremenfs o£Resolution No. 2014-16 to commence construction of the project. Section 2. The Corns�ission considered thi.s item at a meeting on November 15, 2Q16 at which time information was presented indicating that additional time is - r�eeded due to delays in processi.ng the praject. Section 3. Based upon information and evidence submitted, the Plannixig Comrnzssion grants the request for time exter�ion and does he:reby amend Paragraph B,Section 7 of Resolution Na. 2014-16, dated November 1$, 2016 to read as follows: B. The Site Plan Review approval shall expire within t�wo yeaars and six months from the effective date of app�roval if consixuction pursuant to this approval has not commenced within that time period, as required by Secfions 17.45.080{A) of the Rolling HiIIs Municipal Code, or the approval granted is otherwise extended pursuant to the requirements of this section.
