PRQJECT WHICH ENTAILS A SITE PLAN REVIEW,
CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT A�'VD VARIANCES FOR GRADING

CORRAL, WHICH WDULD ENCROACH IiVTTO SETBACKS AND
EXCEED THE MAXIMUM PERMITT`ED DISTURSANCE OF THE
LOT IN Z�NING CASE NO. 860, AT 10 CRE5T ROAD WEST,
(LOT 2-CH), ROLLING HILLS,CA, (FRYKMI�N).
THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES
HEREBY FIND, RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. An application was duly £iled by Mrs. Helen Frykman, propex�y
owner, with respect to real property located at 10 Crest Road West requesting a 2-
year tirne extension to comply with the requirements of Resolution No. 2014-2Z to
commence consfiruction of the project.
Section 2. The Cominission considered this item at a meeting on December
20, 2016 at which tirne infarmation was presented indicating tha.t addifional time is
needed to comxnence the project.
Section 3. Based upon information and evidence submitted, the Planning
Commission grants the reques�for time extension and does hereby amend Paragraph
A,Section 9 of Resolution Na. 2014-21, dated December 16, 2014 to read as follows:
11. T��� �anditiona� Use P�rmzt, �ite Plan and Va�iances approvals shall
expire within four years from the effective date of approval as defined in
Sections 17.38.Q70 17.46.080 and 17.42.070. No addi�ional extension shall be
granted.
Section 4. Except as herein amended, the provisions and conditions of
Resolution No. 2014-21 shall continue to be in fu11 force and effect.
