NOTICE IS HEREBY GNEN that the Planning Commission Field Trip scheduled
far approxirnately 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at 11 Uppear Blackwater Canyon
Road, lZolling Hills, CA was cancelled at the request of�the applicant. The public hearing on
the item as listed belaw will be continued to a Field Trip of the Rolling Hills Planning
Cammission scheduled for Tuesday,February 21,20�7 beginning at 7:30 a.m.
ZONING CASE.,NO. 914, Reques# for a Site Plan Review fo construct new
residence of 11,052 s.f. with a 1,446 square faot garage, 2,870 square feet covered
porches and 6,620 square foot basement, 1,336 square foot swimrning paol and
grading af 24,900 cubic yards of dirt total, (which �i,ncludes over-excavation and
recompaction}; and Conditional Use Permits for an 800 squaxe foot guest house,
6,985 square foot tennis court and a 744 square foot stable includi.ng a loft and a
corrai. Also proposed are various walls, outdoor arnenities and a new driveway.
The subject propex�fy is located at 11 Upper Blackwater Canyon Road (Lot 99-B-
RH) Rolling Hills, CA, (Author Homes,LLC). The project has been determined to
be categorically exernpt (Class 3} pursuant to the California Environmental
Quality Act(CEQA)Guidelines,Section 15303.
