An adjourned regular meeting o�the City Council o�'the City of Rolling Hills was called to order by
Mayar Dieringer at 7:01 p.m. in the City Council Chamber at City Hall, 2 Porluguese Bend Raad, Rolling
Hills, California.

RESOLUTION NO. 1201 — A RESOLU'I�ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL �F THE CITY OF
ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA PROVIDING FOR THE APP�INTMENT TO THE OFFTCES
OF THI5 CITY THAT W'ERE TO BE ELECTED ON TUESDAY, MARCH 7, 2017 AND
CANCELLING SAID ELECTION.
Mayor Dieringer introduced the item and asked if there were any quest�ians on the staff report or on the
Resolution presented for consideration. Hearing none and seeing no rnernbers of the public present to
comment on the rnatter, she called for a rnotion.
Mayor Pro Tem Black moved that the City Council adopt Resolution No. 1201 appointing Bea Dieringer
and Jeff Pieper to the Rolling Hiils City Council and cancelling the election scheduled far March 7, 2017.
� Councilmember Mirsch seconded the motion, which carried withaut objection.
MATTERS FR�M THE CTI'Y COUNCIL AND MEETING ATTENDANCE REPORTS
Councilrnernber Mirsch asked the City Council to return the City Manager Evaluation forms that were
distributed to the City Council in November to her by Tuesday, Ja.Yuary 17, 2U17.
MATTERS FROM STAFF
City Manager Cruz reported that the old controller box for the traffic signai at Palas Verdes Drive North
and Rolling Hills Road/Poriuguese Bend Road was removed and work at the intersection is nearing
campletion.

Hearing no f�rther bnsiness before the City Council, Mayor Dieringer adjourned the meeting at 7:04 p.m.
The next regular meeting of the City Council is scheduled to be held on Monday, January 9, 2017
beginning at 7:00 p.m. in the City Council Chamber at Ciiy Hall, 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills,
California.
