A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
APPROVING A MODIFICATION TO RE�QLUTION NO. 1171 AND APPROVING
AN EXTENSION TO A PREV�OUSLY APPROVED TENTATIVE PARCEL MAP
NO. 72232, SUBDIVISION NO. 93, A REQUEST TO SUBDIVIDE ONE EXISTING
LOT TOTALING 7.45 ACRES INTO 2 SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL LOTS
LOCATED AT 80 SADDLEBACK ROAD, IN ZONING CASE NO. 852.
___ THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS DOES HEREBY FIND,
RESOLVE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. A request has been filed by Gerald Turpanjian, GHT LLC, with respect to real
property at 80 5addleback Road, (APN 7569-005-008), Rolling Hills, requesting a two year time
extension to a previously approved Tentative Parcel Map No. 72232, Subdivision No. 93 a request ta
subdivide one existing 1ot totaling 7.05 acres grass into two (Z) single-family lots. The subject property
is currently vacant.
Section 2. Tl�e City Council on March 23, 2Q15 by Resolution No. 1171 granted an approval
of Tentative Parcel Map No. 72232, which entitlement e�pires on March 23, 2017.
Section 3. T'he Council considered this item at a meeting on February 13, 2017 at which time
information was presented indicating that the extension of time is necessary to allow the applicant
additional time to process the subdivision through the Rolling Hills Community Association.
Section 4. Based upon it��orma�ian and evidence submitted, the City Council daes hereby
amend Paragraph 1, Section 9 of Resolution No. 1171, dated Maxch 23, 2015, to read as
follows:
"The Tenta.tive Map shall expire four {4) years from the date of City Council approval. The
Tentative Map was appro�ed on and shall expire an the following dates:
� APPROVAL DATE: Maxch 23�2415
EXPIRATION DATE: March 23, 2019
This approval shall become nu11 and void if a Final Map has not been timely filed prior to the expiration
date in accardance wi.th provisions of the Subdivision Map Act, or a tinnely request for an extension has
been filed. The duty of inquiry as to such time expuation shall be upon the subdivider.
Section 5. Except as herein amended, the pro�isions of Resolution Na 1171 shall continue to
be in fu�l force ana effect.
