ESTABLISHING AND M�DIFYING ROLLING HILLS FEES BY REDUCING
CERTAIN PLANIVING AND DEVELOPMENT RELATED FEES, ELIMINATING
ONE GENERAL ADMINISTRATION PROCESSING FEE, ESTABLISHING
FINES FOR ADMTNISTR.ATIVE CITATIONS AND RESCINDING
RESOLLTTION NQ. 1149.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS D�ES HEREBY
__ RESOLVE AS F4LLOWS:
Section 1: The following fees are established and charged for applications for
processing discretionary cases for Planning, Zoning and Subdivisions and shall be paid
by the applicant prior to subn�aission for public hearing, pursuant to Title 16 (Subdivision}
and Tit1e 17 (Zoning) of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code:

pursuant to Title 15, (Building and Construction) of the RoUang Hills Municipal Code:
A. 1. BUILDING PERMIT Two and one-ha1£times the amount set
forth in the Build7itlg Code for each fee,
table and schedule thexein.
2. PARKS AND RECREATION Each new residential dweiling shali
pay 2% of the first$1Q0,000 of

B. PLUMBING PERMIT Two and one-half times the amount set
forth in the Plumbing Code for each fee,
table and schedule therein.

forth in the Mechanical Code for each
fee, table and schedule therein.
D. ELECTRICAL PEIZMIT Two and ane-half times the amount set
forth in the Electrical Code for each fee,
table and s�hedule therein.
E. GEOTECHNICAL REPORT, 0.42% of the valuation of the proposed
SITE AND PLAN REVIEW structures;however, minimum fee sha11
be$535.00 and the maximum fee shall
be$3,588.Q0
F. SOLAft AND PHOT�VOLTAIC The amount set forth in the Los
SYSTEMS AND APPURTENANT Angeles County Buildi�ng and

Section 5. The following fees are established and sha11 be collected for each permit
pursuant fo Title 15, {Building and Construction) of the Ralling Hills Municipal Code for
review condurted by the Cit�s contract building offi�ial, other than Los Angeles County
Department of Building and Safety:
A. BUILDING PERMIT In addition to the provisions of Section
4 A.1 of this resolution, a 25% surcharge
on Los Angeles County Department of
Building and Safety fees shall be
charged for the alternative use of the
City's cantract building official.
