The Planning Commission met at the subject proper�y on August 15, 2017. Three Commissioners were present constituting a quorum. The Chairman opened the public hearing. Assistarit Planner went through a presenfiation on the garage addition discussing aspects of size and distance to the setback, the corral space, and feafiures of the proposed stable. The group discussed various charac�eristics of the stable and the proximity and visibi.Zity of the stable and corral to neighborhing properties. The pubiic hearing was continued to the evening meeting. Then the meeting was adjourned to 6:30pm on Augus� 15, 2017.
