ESTABLISHING AND MODIFYING ROLLING HILLS FEES BY AMENDING
FEES FOR VIEW IMPATRMENT APPLICATIQN PR�CESSING AND
RESCTND�NG RESOLUTION N0. 120b.-
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CTTY OF R4LLING HILLS DOES HEREBY
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
�� Section 1: The following fees are established and chaxged for applications far
processing disc7retionary cases for Planning, Zoning and Subdivisions and shall be pai,d
by the applicant prior to submissian far public hearing, pursuant to Tit1e 16 (Subdivision)
and Tit�e 17 {Zoning} of the IZolling Hills Municipal Code:

Section 4. The following fees are established and shall be collected for each permit
pursuant to Title �.5, (Building and Construction) of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code:
A. Z. BUILDING PERNIIT Two and one-half times the amount set
forth in the Sui�ding Code for each fee,
table and schedule therein.
2. PARKS AND RECREATION Earh new residen�ial dwelling shall
pay 2% of the firs�$100,0�0 0�
construction valuation,plus 0.25°� of
such valuaiion over$10a,000.
B. PLUMBING PERMTT Two and one-half tirnes the aanount set
forth in the Plumbing Code for each fee,

forth in the Mechanical Code for each

D. ELECTRICA.L PERNIIT Two and one-half times the amount set
forth in the Electrical Code for each fee,

E. GEOTECHNICAL REPORT, 0.42% of the valuation af the praposed
SITE AND PLAN REVIEW structures; however, minimum fee shall
be$535.00 and the maxxmum fee shall
be $3,588.00
F. SOLAR AND PHOTOVOLTAIC The amount set forth in the Los
SYSTENIS AND APPURTENANT Angeles County Building and
EQUIPMENT Electrical Codes for each fee, table and
sch�du�e therein, plus$60.17. City
admixuistxative fee.
Section 5. The following fees are established ar�.d sha11 be collected .#or ea�h permit
pursuant to Titl� 15, (Build�ng and Construction) of the Rolling Hills Municipal Code for
review conducted by the City's contract building official, other �han Los Angeles Caurity
Departrnen�of Building and Safety:
