Mo�ler, Regional Engin.eer, Los Angeles Coun.ty was presented by the City Managero Refer- ring to a letter fr.°om City Attorn.ey Wi1.l,iam Kin.ley pertaining to the case of "Weiner vs . City of Los Angeles" in which permits were issued an.d work completed a:Lthough the proposed 1.ocation of the residence was in violatioxi of the Setback Or.dinancey M�°. Mo1�e� advised that Build- ing Permit Forms issued by th.e Buil.ding and Safety Division of the Department of County Eng.ineer wexe being revised to include City 1aws , as we11 as state and county laws , and wi11 eliminate the need for a stamp specifi�ally for Rolling Hi11s . r!'he letter was recei�red and filed. De� Cerro Homeowne�s ' Association Letters dated October 7 , Octobe� 14 and Octobe� 16, 1968 from Louis Hribar, President of De1 Cer�ro Homeowners ' Association were presented. Mr. o Hribar advised that because the firs� plot plan sub- mitted to Regional Planning by Congregation Ne� �am.id was not accept- able to De1 Cerro, a re��rised plan c.allin.g for 29 lots inst.ead of 102 units was submitted to De1 Cerro by Ner '�amid, The secon,d p1an, was sti1.1 unaccepta�ble to Del. Cerro on several major poin.ts , and Del Cerro N.omeowners ' Association. en..listed the services of Mr� Hai C . Tan, a professio�al architect and land p1a�.nner, for the purpose of deve�oping a plot plan. th.at wi11 be satisfactory to Congr�egation Ner Tamid and the Community of De�, Cerro. Copies of the cor�esponden.ce under discussion had also been sent to the Regional Planning Commission, and M�s . Clifton advised the Council th.at a cal.1. had been made to Region.al Planning and she was told that the c.ase, Zoning Exception Case No, 8922- (4� was being held under submission., awaiting the plan to be submitted by Mro Tan.. Dr. Black was asked whether such a coriditioa� was agreeable to him, and he said it was . Anrirew, 77 Eastfield Drive and a di�cussion of Section 601 of the proposed Ordinance followed.
