A RESOLUTYON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TI� CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
ESTABLISHING THE 2018-19 FISCAL YEAR GANN APPROPRIAT'IQN LIMIT
FOR THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS.
WHEREAS, the City af Rolling Hills has heretofore established its Base Year Appropriatians
Limit as $256,941; and
�JVHEREAS, to the best of this City's knowledge and belief, the State Department of Finance
figures reflect the following statistics relevant ta the calculation af the 2018-19 Fiscal Year
Appropriations Limit:
California per capita persanal income, 3.67% (plus three�oint six seven percent).
Population Adjustments for County of Las Angeles for FY 2018-19, 0.51% (plus zero
point five one percent).
NOW, TI�REFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Based on the foregoing figures and the provision of Article XIII B of the
Constitution of the Staxe .of Ca�ifornia, the following figure acci.Frately represents the 2Q18-I9 Fiscal
Year Appropriat�on Limit of the City of Rolling Hi�ls: $1,655,�39.
Section 2. The City Clerk shall certify to the passage of Resoiution No. 1223.
