Hills was held at the Administration Building, 2 Portuguese Bend
Road, Rolling Hills., California at 7:30 P..M. December 22, 1969.

PRESENT: None
ABSENT: Councilmen Fay, Klein, Nadal, Sauer
Mayor Hesse
ALSO PRESENT: June Cunningham, Deputy City Clerk
The Deputy City Clerk declared the meeting adjourned for
lack of a quorum, to reconvene at the next regular meetion on
Monday, January 12, 1970.
