Hills was held at the Administration Building, 2 Portuguese Bend Road,
Rolling Hills, California at 7:30 P.M. December 28, 1970.

The Deputy City Clerk declared the meeting adjourned for lack
of a quorum, to reconvene at the next. regular meeting on Monday,
January 11, 1971.
