An adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City of Rolling
Hills, adjourned from the meeting of May 14, 1973, was held at the
Administration Building, 2.Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills,
California at 7:30 P.M. Tuesday, May 29, 1973, because of a legal
holiday Monday, May 28th, the regular meeting date.

ABSENT: Councilmen Battaglia, Hesse, Heinsheimer, Pearson

The City Clerk adjourned the meeting because of lack of a
quorum, to meet at the next regular meeting date, June 11, 1973
at 7:30 P.M.
