The motion was seconded by Councilman.Crocker and carried by the following roll call vote: AYES: Councilmembers Crocker, Le Conte, Pernell Mayor pro tem Rose ABSENT: Mayor Heinsheimer PUBLIC HEARING - CODE CHANGES IN 1975 L.A. COUNTY BUILDING LAWS 100 Mayor pro tem Rose opened a public hearing on proposed changes in the 1975 Los Angeles County Building Laws vs 1971 Los Angeles County Building Laws. The City Attorney explained that the Los Angeles County Building Code has been adopted by reference by the City of Rolling Hills and that by adopting ordinances making certain changes in'the Building Laws, the City of Rolling Hills will bring its building codes into con- formance.with the Los Angeles County Building Code. There being no comment from the audience, the public hearing was closed, and ordinances which were introduced at the City Council meeting on September 22 were adopted on the following motions: ORDINANCE NO. 132 - ELECTRICAL CODE Councilman Crocker moved that Ordinance No. 132 entitled AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF ROLLING HILLS AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 5 BY ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE LOS ANGELES COUNTY ELECTRICAL CODE AS
