Avera, Area Manager for Southern California Edison Company, advised that funds in the amount of $2,356 have been allocated to Rolling Hills by Edison for 1977 for conversion of overhead facilities to underground in accordance with California Public Utilities Commission Decisions No . 8209 and 9365 . The correspondence was received and filed. DEPAR'TMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES 104�7 A letter from Herman Sillas , Director of the Department of Motor Vehicles in Sacramento, was presented to the Council. Mr. Sillas ad- vised that he was replying on behalf of Governor Brown to Mrs . Clifton' s letter dated. November 30 , 1976 concerning selling of information from the Department of Motor Vehicles. The letter was received and filed.
