the �mprovement is approximately 3006'/0 of the total area, or about 300 square fee� in e�ce�s of 25% of the total areao Dre Houske said he had com- puted the roof area as approximately 5400 square feet, and the roofer had estim.ated �t to be 5683 square feet;
