The three cities last acted as ho�� cities in November 19740 The cities would be r.e.quir;e.d,:.:.to--pay for dinner �for members of the Contract Citcies who attend; guests pay at the door. Because of the mor�- ��xium adopted by Rancho Palo� Verdes and the letter from the County's g�ologig�, Councilman Crocker said the Rolling Hills City Council should b� alert to the situation, since the property in the moratorium area ie contiguous with land in Rolling Hillso A list of projects in Rolling Hills on which permi�s have been is�ued, but work has not been completed, al�o pro,je�t� in plan check on which no building permits have been is- su�3, w�s pre�ented to the Councile Mayor Pernell said newspapers have published the map and account� of the potential problems , and it was his opinion that the Rolling Hills Council ha� an obligation to determine whether the area should be ex- �ended into �he Cityo The Mayor said the action before the Council is to determine wh�t measures , if any, should be taken, and what properties �hould be included, if anye Mayor Pernell invited comment on the mattero The City Attorney advised that the vacant land consisting of 19 acres in the Flying Triangle within the City boundaries which is poten- �ially subdividable i� under very close scrutiny by the Geology Section ot �he C�unty Engineer, and the land cannot be divided unless it has been proven geologically stable.
