An adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City of Rolling
Hills was called to order at the Administration Building, 2 Portuguese
Bend Road, Rolling Hills, California by Mayor Murdock at 7:30 P.M.
Tuesday, May 3, 1983.

Attorney (arrived at 7:40 PM)
Mayor Murdock announced that the purpose of the meeting was to
discuss matters of mutual concern to the Council and Board with regard
to problems in the Flying.Triangle area, possible solutions, including
an emergency access road, and the need for mutual coopetation.an' .assist-
ance between the City and the Association in mitigating problems associ-
ated with the landslide, and a discussion ensued.
Board President Bathgate gave a report on a recent homeowners'
meeting held at a residence in the Flying Triangle area.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:50 P.M.
