ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
April 3, 1984
An adjourned meeting the City City Council of the City of Rolling
Hills was called to order in the field by Mayor Murdock at 7:30 A.M.
Tuesday, April 3, 1984.

ABSENT: Councilman Heinsheimer

ZONING CASE NO. 289, S. M. KIM, 8 BUGGY WHIP

Members of the City Council met at the Kim property, 8 Buggy Whip,
and Mayor Murdock said the purpose of the meeting was to make a field
LL trip to view the site of a proposed paddle tennis court.

Q Mr. McHattie represented the applicant and explained the various
stakings installed to show the four corners of the proposed court and
the height of the proposed fence. In reviewing the matter it was de-
termined that the staking in the field did not correspond with inform-
ation on the plan which was submitted to and approved by the Planning
Commission. Further, it was noted that windows which had been installed
in the loft area of the stable were in violation with the Zoning Ordi-
nance, and did.not correspond in size or design to windows which were
drawn on the plan for the stable. The Council agreed that the plans
would have to be corrected to comply with actual conditions before
further action would be taken by the City Council.
Mr. Kim, owner of the.prop #y, arrived at the site after the
discussion.. Mayor Murdock.repor_ted.to.'him the comments of the members
of°the Council, and -advised that the matter would be held on.the City
Council agenda.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting was adjourned at 8:20 A.M. to the next regular meeting
of the Council on Monday, April 9, 1984 at 7:30 P.M.
