An adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City of Rolling
Hills was called to order by Mayor Leeuwenburgh at 7:30 P.M. Monday,
April 30, 1984 at the Administration Building, 2 Portuguese Bend Road,
Rolling Hills, California
CALL TO ORDER
PRESENT: Councilmembers Heinsheimer, Murdock, Pernell
Mayor Leeuwenburgh
ABSENT: Councilwoman Swanson
ALSO PRESENT:
BOARD OF DIRECTORS, ROLLING HILLS COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION
PRESENT: Directors Bathgate, Bray, Shaw
President Lusk
ABSENT: Director Stringfellow
PURPOSE OF MEETING
Mayor Leeuwenburgh stated that the meeting'was a joint meeting
of -the City Council and the Board of Directors, held on the fifth
Monday of the month, for the purpose of discussing matters of mutual
interest and concern.
Topics discussed included the Flying Triangle area, specifically
demolition of one property at 53 Portuguese Bend Road; Neighborhood'
Watch, the City Manager's schedule; development of an Emergency Plan;
Staff, the JAWS program; Equestrian Committee; Animal Control; LAFCO;
development of standards for engineers and architects working in the
community.

The meeting was adjourned at 9:30 P.M. to the next regular meeting
of the City Council at 7:30 P.M. Monday, May 14, 1984.
