CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF ROLLING HILLS
September 10, 1986
An adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City of Rolling
Hills was called to order in the field at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday,
September 8, 1986 by Mayor Pernell.
ROLL CALL
PRESENT: Councilmembers Heinsheimer, Leeuwenburgh,
Murdock, Swanson, Mayor Pernell
ABSENT: None
ALSO PRESENT: Terrence L. Belanger City Manager
ZONING CASE NO. 329, ROGER HAWKINS, 37 CREST ROAD WEST
Members of the City Council met on the Hawkins property to
view the site in connection with an appeal filed by the applicant
LO following denial by the Planning Commission on August 19, 1986
0) of a request for Variances of setback requirements for both
(L sideyards and an encroachment into the established front yard
m for additions to the residence on Lot 241 -A -MS.
Q Members of the Council walked over the site, which was staked
to show the areas of proposed expansion. Discussion of the. matter
was deferred to the next regular meeting of the City Council on
Monday, September 15, 1986.
MEETING RECESSED
The meeting was recessed at 6:50, to be reconvened at the
City Hall/Administration Building, 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling
Hills.
MEETING RECONVENED
The meeting was reconvened at 7:00 p.m. and was immediately
recessed to a closed session to discuss pending litigation.
