An adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City of Rolling
Hills, was called to order by Mayor Leeuwenburgh at 4:32 p.m., in the
Council Chamber at the City Hall/Administration Building, 2 Portuguese
Bend Road, Rolling Hills, California, on Monday, December 18, 1989.
