A parcel of land in the County. of Los Angeles, State of Calif-
ornia, included within the following described boundaries:
Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of Lot 1 of Rolling Hills,
as per map recorded in Book 201, pages 29 to 35 inclusive of Maps,
in the office of the County Recorder of said county; thence Westerly
and Northwesterly along the Southerly and Southwesterly lines of
Palos Verdes Drive North, 200 feet wide, as described in Parcel 1
of the deed to the County of Los Angeles, recorded February 24, 1933,
as Instrument Number 742, in Book 12013, Page 277, of Official Re-
cords in the office of said recorder, to the most Northerly corner
of Tract No. 13173, as per ma"p recorded in Book 252, Page 5, of said
Maps; thence Southwesterly along the Northwesterly boundary of said
Tract No. 131?3 to the most Westerly corner of said Tract No. 13173;
thence along the boundary of said Tract No. 13173, South 30.51935"
East 227.29 feet to an angle point in the Northerly boundary of the
land described in Parcel 1 of the deed to Gilbert L. Cobb, and Wife,
recorded July 31, 1944, as Instrument No. 583, in Book 20964, Page
284, of said Official Records; thence Westerly along said Northerly
boundary to the most Southerly corner of Lot.1 of Tract No. 17354,
as per map recorded in Book 441, Pages 42 and.43, of said Maps;
thence South 15°25910" West 132.87 feet to the most Easterly corner.
of Lot 3 of said Tract No. 17354; thence in a general Southwesterly
direction along the Southeasterly boundary of said Tract No. 17354
to the most Easterly corner of Tract No. 17208, as per map recorded
in Book 548, Pages 29, 30 and 31, of said Maps; thence Southwesterly
along the Southeasterly boundary of said Tract No: 17208 to the most
Southerly corner of said Tract No. 17208, being a point in the
Northwesterly boundary of the land described in Parcel 1 of the deed
to Bruce A. MacEwing recorded June 6, 1944, as Instrument No. 865,
in Book 20973, Page 222, of said Official Records; thence South-
westerly along said last mentioned Northwesterly boundary to the
Northeasterly corner of the land described in Parcel 1 of the deed
to Hammond B. Johns, and wife, recorded January, 5, 1942, as Instru-
ment No. 280, in Book 19082, Page 12, of said fficial Records;
thence Northwesterly along the boundary of the land described in
Parcel 1 of said last mentioned deed to the Southeasterly line of
Crenshaw Boulevard 80 feet wide, as described in Parcel A of the
deed to the County of Los Angeles, recorded March 2, 1950, as Instru-
ment No. 3752, in Book 32445, Page 154, of said Official Records;
thence Southwesterly along said Southeasterly line of Crenshaw
Boulevard to the. Northwesterly boundary of the land described in
Parcel 1 of said deed to Johns; thence Southwesterly and Southeast-
erly along the boundary of the land described in Parcel 1 of said
last mentioned deed to the most Northerly corner,of the land des-
cribed in Parcel 1 of the deed to Carl R. Erickson, recorded October
19, 1944, as Instrument No. 823, in Book 21391, Page 59, of said
Official Records; thence Southerly along the Westerly boundary of
the land described in Parcel 1 of said last mentioned deed to the

said last mentioned deed as having a bearing and length of North 52P
55'20" East 50.00 feet; thence along the center line of Crest Road,

recorded in Book 1, Page 1, of Assessor's Maps, in the office of
said recorder, North 37°04'40" West 185.28 feet; thence South 52°55'
20" West 225.00 feet; thence South 3?°04'40" East 548.71 feet; thence
North $7°31'OO" East 304.1? feet, more or less to a point in the
Westerly boundary of the land described in Parcel 1 of the deed to
Palos Verdes College, recorded February 25, 1953, as Instrument No.
3992, in Book 41059, Page 321, of said Official Records, said last
mentioned point being distant along said last mentioned boundary
North'9°38'40" East 559.77 feet from the Southerly terminus of that
certain course' ttedd described in said last mentioned deed as having
a bearing of North 9°38'40" East; thence along the boundaries of the
land described in Parcel 1 of said last mentioned deed, South 9 3$
40" West 559.77 feet and South 74°47'20" East 874.40 feet to an
angle point therein; thence in a straight line to the most Westerly
corner of the land described in Parcel 1 of the deed to Julius B.
Hanover, and Ruth R. Hanover, recorded September 17, 1947, as Instru-
ment No. 1467, in Book 25140, Page 419, of said Official -Records;
thence along the Southwesterly boundary of the land.described'in

feet to a point in the. Northwesterly line of Parcel '14asshown on

of Surveys, in the office of said recorder, distant thereon'South
30°42'00" West 253.79 feet from the most Northerly corner of said
Parcel 14; thence South 30°42'00" West 196.21 feet to the, North-
westerly corner of Parcel 15 as shown on said Record of Survey map'
thence in a general southerly direction along the generally Westerly
boundary of Parcels 15, 16, 18, 19, 22 and 23 as shown on said Re.
cord of Survey map to the most Southerly corner of said Parcel 23,
said last mentioned most Southerly corner being also the Northwest-
erly corner of Parcel 17 as shown on Record of Survey map filed in
Book 57, pages 4 to $ inclusive, of said Record of Surveys; thence

67.83 feet and North 36°3.2457" West 163.44 feet to the most. Southerly
corner of Lot 67, as shown on said map of Rolling Hills; thence
