PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF ROLLING HILLS, CALIFORNIA
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the PLANNING COMMISSION of the City of Rolling Hills
will hold a Public Hearing at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at the City Hall
Administration Building, 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA, for the purpose of
receiving public input regarding the following:
CONSIDERATION OF AN AMENDMENT OF TITLE 17, CHAPTER 17.26 OF THE
ROLLING HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE RELATING TO VIEW PRESERVATION IN
ZONING CASE NO. 881, ZONING CODE AMENDMENT NO. 2015-02;
AND
ADMINISTRATIVE REGULATIONS INTERPRETING MEASURE B RELATING
TO VIEW PRESERVATION
MUNICIPAL CODE APPLICATIONS: Title 17, Chapter 17.50.
It has been determined that the project is categorically exempt from environmental review
under the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA").
Any person is welcome to review the subject project prior to the public hearing at the City
Hall Administration Building located at 2 Portuguese Bend Road, Rolling Hills, CA during
regular working hours. We welcome your input. You may provide your comments in writing
to the Planning Department prior to the meeting or come to the meeting and address the
Planning Commission on this item.
If you challenge the approval or denial of this project in court, you may be limited to raising
only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or
in written correspondence delivered to the Planning Commission at, or prior to the public
hearing.
