MINUTES OF A REGULAR ADJOURNED MEETING
OF THE CITY COUNCIL

May 10, 1991
A regular adjourned meeting of the City Council of the City of
Rolling Hills was called to order by Mayor Godfrey Pernell at 8:00
a.m. at The Saddleback Inn, Lake Arrowhead, California on May 10,
1991.

The City Council and Staff discussed the following matters of
citywide importance throughout the course of a day long session:
A. Budgets: FY 90-91 and FY 91-92.
B. Budget Policy - Definition of Document.
C. Personnel Policies.
D. Planning Computer Consultation Services.
E. Zoning Code Revisions Relative to the Flying Triangle.
F. Rolling Hills Community Association Relocation Status.
G. Emergency Preparedness.
The meeting was adjourned for lunch at 12:15 p.m. and reconvened at
2:00 p.m.
MATTERS FROM THE CITY COUNCIL
The following various items were discussed: landscape workshop;
current zoning issues; undergrounding utility issues, and large
vehicle parking.
MATTERS FROM STAFF
Updates regarding zoning violation issues, Planning Commission
meeting scheduling and Staff reassingments were addressed.
