Al Marrone, owner of an adjoining property, indicated his intent to construct a house on a
lot which looks down upon the subject property.
Mayor Pro Tem Swanson questioned the specifics of the reduction in size of the project that
had occurred during Planning Commission review. Applicant representative Thomas Hood
indicated that over one thousand square feet had been deleted from the project. For the
record, City Manager Nealis indicated that the original size of the single family dwelling was
3,391 sq.ft. as submitted on November 20, 1990, and the proposal before the Planning
Commission which was denied was a single family house consisting of 3,210 sq.ft. Applicant
representative Thomas Hood commented that the original square footage was recommended
for approval by City Staff.
Following review of the property, Staff was directed to determine whether a Variance would
be required for the proposed location of a stable in the front yard area.
There being no objection, the subject item was continued to the next regularly scheduled
